If you cannot see a direct debit in your Denizen app it is likely that it failed or was rejected. We currently cannot display rejected direct debit attempts, however the most common rejection cause is Non Sufficient Funds (NSF).
If you don’t see an expected direct debit in the app, please contact the merchant / third party who initiated the direct debit to see if they were paid. If you think that you didn’t have enough funds to cover the payment, make a deposit and request the third party to retry the direct debit.
