If you are a European resident, when you log into Denizen on or after January 23, 2019 you will be asked to agree to the transfer of your personal data from BBVA to the new entity, Denizen EU, so we can continue accessing your data and providing you with the service in Europe.
You will also be asked to accept the new terms and conditions for the Denizen service with Denizen EU.
If you don’t want to transfer your data or you don’t accept the new terms and conditions with Denizen EU, we will have to close your account. If you choose to close your account, you will be asked to provide us with an IBAN to transfer the remaining funds out of your Denizen account and close it.
If by March 23, 2019 you have neither accepted the transfer of your data and the new terms and conditions nor closed your Denizen account, we will proceed to close your account. For that purpose, our support team will contact you to request an IBAN so that we can transfer your remaining funds to you.
