If you have a US based account, you can provide your Denizen account & routing number to any US company that allows direct debit payments, and they will set up an ACH direct debit for your account.
If you have an EU based account you can sign a SEPA mandate (the authorization to take money from your account) with any European company that accepts SEPA direct debit payments and share with them your IBAN so they can initiate a SEPA direct debit to your account.
If you have both US and EU based accounts, all deposited funds are held in your primary underlying account (the account of the jurisdiction where you reside). Denizen ensures that the funds are available to either account at the time the payment is requested. We handle this automatically for you.
For example, if you have a Euro-based account (your primary account in Euros) which has sufficient funds to pay a direct debit against your USD underlying account, we will automatically make the funds available to settle the direct debit in USD (at the current standard conversion rate).
