We know your work and home life can span oceans, so you may need to add or update your contact information to reflect this.
Viewing your current contact details
- From the dashboard tap the Settings menu.
- You'll see your profile details, including email, phone number(s) and well as your primary and any secondary addresses on file
Adding a new phone number
- From the Contact Information screen tap Add Phone Number
- We'll send an SMS authorization code to the phone number we have on file for you.
*If you don't have access to the primary phone number on file or are not receiving SMS, please reach out to Customer Support.
- Enter the code -your new phone number will appear as a secondary phone in your Phone Contact Information.
If you need to update the legal name on your account, contact Customer Support so we can help you through the process.
Changing or deleting existing contact information
For security reasons there are limits on what personal information you can update from within the app. We're working to change this but it's important to get it right. For now, only adding a phone number is allowed from within the app.
We know there will be situations that require updates to other information in your profile. If so, just let us our Customer Support team know.
