Closing your Denizen account means closing your underlying bank accounts as well, so it’s important, legally speaking, to get written notification.
Send us a message at Support titled “Close Account” or call us with questions. We’ll reach out to confirm when we receive your request.
Before we can close your account you'll need to withdraw any remaining funds. It’s also a good idea to ensure that you are not using your account for recurring transactions.
After Account Closure
Along with your bank accounts, all cards issued to you will be closed. Make sure to destroy the physical cards to help protect yourself from fraudulent use.
