To fund your Denizen account:
The easiest way to transfer money into your Denizen account is through a linked external account directly from our app. You can also make a deposit or transfer from your external bank through your Denizen IBAN and/or US account number.
To fund from within the Denizen app, tap on the Move Money icon at the bottom dashboard. Then select the option "Deposit To My Account" select your linked external bank, select the amount, then tap Transfer Funds.
*Please note that funds can take 2-5 business days to show up in your Denizen account. You will get a confirmation screen within the app if the transfer was successful. However, the transaction will not show up as a pending transaction within the 2-5 day waiting period, but as long as you received the confirmation screen in the app after making the transfer, your money will arrive to your Denizen account.
